A man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and attempted murder after five pedestrians were injured when a car drove into them in west London.The 34-year-old Somalia-born British man was stopped and arrested by officers nearby, as the car failed to stop at the scene in Ealing, according to the Met.A force spokesman said: “Due to the nature of the incident, local officers were in contact with officers from Counter Terrorism Policing London as they conducted their initial enquiries.
