‘Poisoning air to own the libs’: Trump’s fireworks spark health warnings as smoke lingers

President Donald Trump's record-breaking fireworks show, which kicked off just before midnight Saturday, prompted concern among weather officials, who on Sunday issued an air quality alert citing 'residual holiday firework smoke' as a contributing factor, Fox 5 reported.“Hazardous firework-induced smog continues to hover over Washington D.C. this morning. Avoid time outdoors if you can,” wrote meteorologist Matthew Cappucci Sunday in a social media post on X. “The air [is] so filled with microscopic particulates that it’s potentially harmful to exert oneself outside.
