German prosecutors say a suspect charged with sabotaging the Nord Stream pipeline between Europe and Russia in September 2022 acted 'on the orders of state authorities in Ukraine.' Serhii K., a former Ukrainian army officer was charged with being an 'accomplice to war crimes' for causing explosions that damaged the Nord Stream 1 pipeline that was Russia's main natural gas supply route to Germany.
