Benefits fraudster who hid improvements in health from DWP pleads guilty to cheating system

A man has confessed to committing benefit fraud after failing to inform authorities about changes to his medical circumstances.Tony Paul Rose, from Erith in Bexley, appeared before magistrates in Bromley on May 12.The Londoner, whose address is listed as Swallow Close, entered a guilty plea.Rose's charge relates to his failure to notify the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) his health had improved.
