Recent social media posts from anti-abortion group White Rose Resistance have raised concerns from pro-abortion nonprofit Cobalt. White Rose Resistance organizer Sean Bateman posted a selfie on Instagram with the caption, “Today is a kill day. Pray for me and the team as we go to plead for life at RISE Collective.” When the Boulder Police Department responded to the protesters after concerned calls from RISE staff, officers were photographed praying with Bateman.
Colorado Senate Assistant Minority Leader Lisa Frizell (R-Castle Rock), the former Douglas County assessor elected to the Senate in 2024 after two terms as a state representative, reflected on her time at the legislature during this week’s Women of Influence Luncheon hosted by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. Last week, right-wing radio host Jeff Hunt topped off a sililoquy of damnations of 9News anchor Kyle Clark with something unusual. He condemned Clark’s coverage of a Democrat, not of a Republican, saying that Clark wastes his time and ours bringing up minor and irrelevant nitpicks instead of being “serious” and addressing the “problems that we’re facing.”
The Trump administration’s rapid expansion of ICE arrest quotas and detention facilities over the last 18 months has triggered a gold rush for companies willing and eager to profit from human immiseration.
