Rithm Capital approaches $500M refi of Midtown office
Rithm Capital is nearing its biggest debt deal since acquiring Paramount Group, but it’s taking a significant infusion of the company’s own equity to secure. Rithm is set to land a 415 million commercial mortgage-backed securities loan for 31 West 52nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, Bisnow reported. The landlord is also securing 85 million in mezzanine debt, according to a Fitch Ratings report.
