Kevin Dietsch / Getty ImagesPresident Donald Trump has demanded action on Iran’s “nuclear dust” from an agency that ceased to exist more than 50 years ago, raising concerns that he is increasingly living in the past.The two-term president, who turns 80 in June, all but confirmed that he doesn’t know which U.S. body deals with atomic science and technology when he posted on Truth Social about Iran’s enriched uranium, which he calls “nuclear dust.” He said that if a peace deal is struck with Tehran, the material will “either be immediately turned over to the United States to be brought home and destroyed or, preferably, in conjunction and coordination with the Islamic Republic of Iran, destroyed in place or, at another acceptable location, with the Atomic Energy Commission, or its equivalent, being witness to this process and event.”Read more at The Daily Beast.
