The lighting at the UFC event nearly blinded a pilot while trying to land a commercial flight at Reagan National, Parnas had reported earlier in the week.In a response to a post by Meridith McGraw, a White House reporter for the Wall Street Journal, American Airlines said that delays stem from crew availability.Josh Schwerin, a political communications specialist, reported via X that they've been shutting down DCA airspace on and off for two days to practice airshows for the UFC fight, using the Reagan Airport's airport code, DCA. That combined with weather has made for a real mess at DCA.
