Newsom calls for "ECONOMIC RESET" as he pushes National Billionaire Tax

The deadline has come and gone, there will be 14 propositions on the November California ballot, among them, Voter ID, CEQA reform, and the controversial Billionaire Wealth Tax that aims to impose a one-time 5% tax on the wealth of billionaires in the state of California. Governor Newsom has come out against the tax, warning it may cause billionaires to flee the state, taking their tax revenue with them. However, as the ballot measure now heads to California voters in November, Newsom reacting in an unexpected way, calling for a national Billionaire tax instead, saying the nation needs an "economic reset." With more on the ballot battle, Cher Calvin is joined by "Inside California Politics" host Nikki Laurenzo.
