Fosler, 67, was out on bond while facing dozens of charges, including internet stalking of a child and sexual assault in connection with Spencer’s daughter, who was 13 at the time.If Spencer truly found his 13-year-old daughter in a car after midnight with an elderly man already accused of “internet stalking of a child and sexual assault,” which I do not doubt for a second, then some may argue that the man who was killed got what he deserved. In fact, some may even argue he deserved far worse than what he got. Draw your own conclusions. A Change.org petition demanding that all charges for Spencer were previously signed by over 380,000 people. The petition argued he saved his daughter’s life. And if that were true, which it certainly is, then his rights as an American citizen were violated the moment prosecutors arrested him.Spencer did what needed to be done to save his daughter’s life.
