A man from Somalia has been charged with five counts of attempted murder after a car hit multiple people in west London, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed.Timir Ahmed Mohamed, 34, of Grange Park, Ealing, was charged after a car struck pedestrians on Ealing Broadway.Three people were taken to hospital at about 2.30pm on Saturday afternoon after the crash.Beyond the attempted murder charges, other charges include dangerous driving, failing to stop, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, and criminal damage.Mohamed is a Somalia-born, British man, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
