Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv overnight, destroying residential buildings and killing more than a dozen civilians in strikes Moscow’s military called retaliation for Ukrainian attacks on its own civilian infrastructure. Russian forces struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles and drones in the early hours of July 6.
