The UK police officers behind the arrest of 18-year-old Henry Nowak before his death are under investigation for alleged gross misconduct. The Hampshire officers' investigation follows the arrest and handcuffing of Nowak as he slowly bled to death. As the 18-year-old bled out, his attacker, 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa, was treated by police as a victim of a racially motivated attack.
