Watch Baby Bunnies Emerge From Their Warren

Footage by Claire Moorby, via BBC Springwatch - they write:Baby rabbits emerging from the warren Female rabbits, called does, have a long breeding season of around 7 to 8 months, running from February to October! During this time, the mother can give birth every 5 weeks and have 3 to 7 kits in each litter! When the little ones are born, they are blind and completely helpless. They won’t come out of the warren until they are around 3 weeks old. The mother will suckle them until they are fully weaned at 4 to 5 weeks, but they will still stay close to the warren for safety We think these small ones must be around 4 weeks old, given their size and that they are still feeding from mum!Just gorgeous!
