Nana Akua has reflected on GB News' remarkable rise over the past five years, thanking viewers for backing the channel after what she described as a difficult start.Speaking to GB News on the red carpet at the Tric Awards on Tuesday, the presenter looked back on the broadcaster's early days and admitted she is still amazed by how far it has come.What I do when I'm here, at these moments, is throw it back to what it was like five years ago, when we were booed and hissed, she said.The broadcaster recalled attending previous award ceremonies where the channel was met with hostility and scepticism, but said those days now feel firmly behind them.
