It's not even surprising that she would admit so out loud. Other than the town board voted 4-1 AGAINST it. Yet there's Gov. You have China, which wants to win the AI race, and may or may not be behind all the misinformation being spread via TikTok. You have a bipartisan group of American elected officials who either believe the misinformation, or repeat it because it's good for their brand.Then you also have the tech CEOs who support AI, yet manage to make you oppose AI every time they open their mouths about AI. Sam Altman sounds like a James Bond villain half the time. And the other half of the time he sounds like Thanos.Maybe the next time Gerald drones on and on and on (and on and on and on) about AI, I'll pay attention and take notes.
