The two dissenters were liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson and conservative Justice Neil M. Gorsuch.Writing for the majority, Trump-appointed Justice Brett Kavanaugh argued that Monsanto could not be held liable because federal regulators approved the product’s labeling.
