Kam Jones, Bucks Sign Two-Way Deal
The Milwaukee Bucks have signed guard Kam Jones on a Two-Way contract, after he spent his rookie season with the Indiana Pacers. Jones was waived last week by the Chicago Bulls following his trade from the Pacers. Jones, a 6-4, 200-pound guard, appeared in 37 games for Indiana last season. He posted 4.4 points, 3.2 assists and 1.6 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per contest. The 24-year-old reached double-digit scoring six times and recorded a double-double once during his rookie campaign. He also dished at least 10 assists on three occasions. Jones was the 38th overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft. He spent time with Indiana's G League affiliate, the Noblesville Boom, starting in seven games there. With Noblesville, Jones averaged 13.3 points, 6.7 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 29.4 minutes per game. He shot 44.3 percent from the field during that stretch. Jones appeared in 137 games with 113 starts for Marquette. He finished with career averages of 14.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.2 steals across 28.1 minutes per game. The Colorado native shot 47.5 percent from the field for his career and scored 2,044 points, the second-highest total in program history. He also ranks second in made field goals with 783 and third in made three-pointers with 315.
