Norman Powell, Bulls Agree To Two-Year, $45M Contract
The Chicago Bulls and guard Norman Powell have agreed to a two-year, 45 million contract. This will use up most of Chicago's remaining cap space. Powell was a first-time All-Star for the Miami Heat last season. The 33-year-old shooting guard averaged 21.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
