Joe Biden's wife, Jill, was frightened by his presidential debate performance and believed he was having a medical emergency, the former First Lady has revealed. Dr Biden said she believed her husband was having a stroke as she watched the former President's 2024 debate, which eventually led to his withdrawal from the race.
