‘America isn’t winning’: Gulf allies losing faith in Trump’s Iran strategy

Sky News Defence Analyst Peter Jennings warns key Middle Eastern allies are growing frustrated with Washington, arguing the US has entered the conflict without a clear strategy for victory. “Middle Eastern countries like winners, and unfortunately the Americans aren’t winning right now, and that’s a key problem," Mr Jennings said. “The Gulf states, the United Arab Emirates, they cannot live with an outcome which leaves the Iranians in control of the Strait of Hormuz. “I think they’re very frustrated that the Americans don’t appear to have gone into this conflict with a strategy for winning.”
