‘I have the ability to do it’: Pauline Hanson refuses to rule out going for prime minister

One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson says her focus remains on policy but admits she believes she could lead the nation if the opportunity arose. “It’s very encouraging, but as I’ve said, also polls come and go … this means just getting out there putting our policies forward to the Australian people,” Ms Hanson told Sky News host Caleb Bond. “As I move forward, you know the whole thing's not about Pauline Hanson, what I want, do I want to be opposition leader, do I want to be prime minister- what I’ve said is I think I have the ability to do it. “What I want to do is make sure we have the right person in the right position to represent the people of Australia, whether it be me or whether it be someone else.”
