LABUAN, July 5 (Bernama) -- School leavers with secondary-level education, including SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) holders, formed a major group among those trapped in drug and substance abuse, with 68,619 individuals, or 68.1 per cent, recorded nationwide, said National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) director-general (DG) Datuk Ruslin Jusoh.
