A French man has been charged with murder after the body of a two-year-old girl was discovered at a Surrey property.Kevin Kerjean, 31, a French national born in the Central African Republic, was also charged earlier today with the rape and sexual assault of a child under 13.Kerjean appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court today and has been remanded into custody ahead of his next appearance at Guildford Crown Court on June 29.A two-year-old girl was found dead inside a property in Chertsey on Thursday evening, after officers were called to an address in Pyrcroft Road around 5.40pm following reports of a concern for safety.
