Disgraced former Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum is facing drug charges after an arrest in Alabama, TMZ reported on Tuesday morning.Gillum, who narrowly lost a high-profile race against Ron DeSantis in 2018, was taken into custody Thursday night by officers in Daphne, AL, and then booked in the Baldwin County jail for possession of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, according to online police records, though local police have not released further details about the incident.This is not the first time Gillum has been involved with drugs.
