The plane appears to have partially capsized in the water, with one wing completely submerged, as rescuers from the New York City Fire Department retrieved the passengers. Footage shows at least five ships and one other seaplane aided in the rescue between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Two passengers with minor injuries received medical care.
