Donald Trump's former Attorney General Pam Bondi has been diagnosed with cancer. The American attorney is currently undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer after she received her diagnosis last month.Ms Bondi was diagnosed after she was fired by the US President at the beginning of April.The 60-year-old is currently receiving treatment, including surgery several weeks ago, the lawyer told CBS. She is due to testify this Friday in the House Oversight Committee’s ongoing Jeffrey Epstein probe.Ahead of her sacking, Mr Trump had previously criticised his former Attorney General for failing to deploy what has become known as lawfare against his political enemies.
