Trump’s Fat Fingers Are All Over My Melania Lawsuit: Wolff
Jeenah Moon / REUTERSAuthor Michael Wolff has claimed that President Donald Trump’s legal team is working behind the scenes in his lawsuit against first lady Melania Trump. In a new column for his Substack, HOWL, Wolff wrote about his lawsuit against the first lady, which U.S. District Court Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil, a Trump-appointed judge in the Southern District of New York, dismissed in May 2026, calling it a “contorted” effort to prevent Melania from suing him, saying that “is not how the federal courts work.” Wolff is appealing the decision. He said it seems to him there is a “strong indication of how directly [the lawsuit] appears to be overseen by the White House.” Read more at The Daily Beast.

Trump Toadie Scott Jennings Insists Gas Prices Are Not Up
Jennings tried to gloss over concerns about the pain people are feeling at the pump, and his cohort Kaitlan Collins on CNN shut him down when he tried to paint it as a non-story. On Thursday’s episode of The Source, Jennings claimed that thanks to President Donald Trump and his administration, the economy is booming. “Gas prices are not up, they’re down below 4 a gallon nationally,” he said. “Oil’s trading at 71 a barrel. We don’t run the gas price tracker on the screen anymore for a reason, you know? It’s because it’s a non-story.” After he finished reeling off other so-called accomplishments of the Republican party, Collins took him to task on what he said about gas prices being a “non-story.” “The president doesn’t think they’re a non-story, because he was sounding like President Biden yesterday, saying that these companies are gouging people,” Collins fired back. “He wants to look into it, because he doesn’t think prices are coming down fast enough. So he’s been talking about that.”read more

Trump’s DOJ Defies Judge on Epstein Files Release of Unredacted Files
Earlier this week I reported that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to turn over unredacted versions from some of the Epstein files that have been heavily redacted by today, Thursday, July 2, 2026. As expected, the DOJ, headed by Trump's former personal attorney, Todd Blanche, failed to comply with the order today. Congressman Ro Khanna, who was a co-author of the Epstein Transparency Act, along with Congressman Thomas Massey, was interviewed yesterday about the Trump Administration's failure to obey the law and produce these documents. He stated that the Senate should require Todd Blanche, currently the interim head of the DOJ, to comply with the law that Trump signed, before being confirmed by the Senate to lead the Department of Justice. The days of the Epstein cartel are limited now, as they will not be able to keep all these redacted files secret for too much longer. Trump DOJ’s stonewalling in key case will backfire spectacularly as judge digs in: expert
The Trump Department of Justice’s stonewalling with a judge keeps backfiring with each new filing, according to a legal expert. Michael Popok, a legal analyst, said during an episode of All Rise News that the DOJ’s refusal to kill Trump’s 1.776 billion anti-weaponization fund isn’t swaying Judge Leonie Brinkema from the Eastern District of Virginia.
