The proposal is a one-time 5% tax on assets over $1 billion to protect health care coverage, and Newsom's opposition makes zero sense from an economic, moral, or political standpoint according to Khanna. The optics are brutal for Newsom, and the question now is who blinks first. The PBD Podcast is hosted by Patrick Bet David, CEO of Valuetainment.
