Comedian Dave Chappelle has jokingly admitted he understands why US President Donald Trump “gets mad” at mainstream media. Chappelle appeared in an interview with CNN host Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen as the network counted down to America’s 250th birthday. During the interview, Chappelle was asked why he was proud to be an American and how he views his country. The comedian hit back at the hosts, labelling the question “loaded” before jokingly siding with Trump’s grievances with the network.
