CNN reporter Kristen Holmes reported that, according to Qatari diplomats, no high-level discussions are expected between the US and Iran. “Everything we’ve heard from the Qatari diplomats at this point says no high-level discussions are going to happen,” Ms Holmes told Sky News Australia. “Steve Whitkoff, as well as Jared Kushner, met with those Qatari officials, and tomorrow the Iranians are going to be meeting with those Qatari officials. “It seems as though nobody was on the same page.”
