Boy, 3, left 'absolutely over the moon' as council surprises him with replacement for missing toy bins

A three-year-old has been left delighted after local council officials stepped in following the theft of his beloved toy bins.Arthur, from Middlesborough, was devastated when his miniature bin collection disappeared from outside his family home.His mother Rosie took to social media in hopes of tracking down the missing toys, posting an appeal for any information about their whereabouts.The plea caught the eye of Acklam ward Labour councillor Luke Henman, who decided to take action.
