Russian forces hit Kyiv again overnight into July 8, even as Ukraineโ€™s military launched a fresh wave of attacks on Russiaโ€™s oil infrastructure. Ukrainian drones struck so-called shadow fleet tankers in the Sea of Azov, an industrial zone in Nizhnekamsk thatโ€™s home to two oil refineries, refineries in Saratov and Ufa, and a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, in the Voronezh region.
