World : Pentagon Awards General Dynamics US$1.27 Bln Contract For Virginia-Class Submarine

MOSCOW, April 3 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- The United States (US) Navy has awarded General Dynamics Electric Boat a US1.27 billion supplemental contract to conduct research, design work and technical support for the Virginia-class nuclear-powered attack submarine programme, reported Sputnik/RIA Novosti.
