World : Indonesia Posts Over US$14 Bln State Budget Deficit In Q1 2026

JAKARTA, April 6 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- Indonesia recorded a state budget deficit of 240.1 trillion rupiahs (US14.09 billion), equivalent to 0.93 per cent of the country's GDP, in the first quarter of 2026, as government spending outpaced state revenue, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said on Monday, reported Xinhua.
