US Secretary of State Marco Rubio reveals Taiwan will be a topic of discussion between the US and China amid President Donald Trump’s visit to Beijing. “Taiwan will be a topic of conversation, it always is,” Mr Rubio said. “The Chinese understand our position on that topic, we understand theirs.
