Watch as skies over Western Australia turned an eerie blood-red as Tropical Cyclone Narelle bore down. The storm, making its way south over Australia's west coast, sparked apocalyptic scenes in new footage from a caravan park in Denham.Shark Bay Caravan Park, which shared the clip, said it was incredibly eerie outside, and everything is covered in dust.As the park noted, the wind was kicking up swirling dust clouds, effectively blocking out the sun.The combination of iron-rich soil in the air with diffused sunlight, created a kind of filter which muted most colours of light - except red.Let’s hope we get enough rain to wash it all off.

It’s an inside day for us, that’s for sure, the park said. You can feel the dust in your eyes and mouth.WATCH THE CLIP ABOVE FOR MORE
