The Warriors do want the coaching situation resolved quickly before turning their attention to roster and strategic issues. Should Kerr decide he wants to remain as head coach, the Warriors want to discuss diversifying the offense and also winning the possession battle more frequently while relying less on three-point variance. If Kerr decides to step away, the front office will cast a wide search for his replacement.
