‘Very dangerous’: China, Russia and North Korea’s nightmare alliance

Sky News Defence Analyst Peter Jennings warns China, Russia and North Korea are becoming a formidable strategic bloc, sharing weapons, technology and military support in an increasingly dangerous world. “This is very dangerous … they’re nasty authoritarian regimes,” Mr Jennings told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “North Korea is having a bit of an economic boom, which is fuelled by selling weapons and even soldiers to the Russians, and that I think is likely to continue. “I think Xi Jinping went there because he’s concerned that Kim and Vladimir Putin are getting a little too close. “It’s not a pleasant combination of countries, but their ability to support each other with weapons and even soldiers with nuclear technology shows that that’s a group where, together, they are significantly stronger. “This is the strategic world that we now live in; it’s a far more dangerous place than it was even half a decade ago.”
