Uzor Arukwe, William Benson, Lateef Adedimeji & More: Meet the AMVCA 2026 Best Lead Actor Nominees

The 12th AMVCA Best Lead Actor category features eight nominees including Lateef Adedimeji (Lisabi), William Benson (To Kill A Monkey), and Mike Ezuruonye (Oversabi Aunty) and Wale Ojo (3 Cold Dishes). The 2026 shortlist, led by head judge Joke Silva, also recognises Uzor Arukwe, Femi Branch, Kanayo O. Kanayo, and Khumbuza Meyiwa. Winners will be announced in Lagos on May 9, 2026.
