US to deploy another aircraft carrier near Iran, reports say The United States is expected to deploy the aircraft carrier USS George Bush to an area near the ongoing conflict with Iran, CBS News reported. CNN reported that the carrier is set to move into US Central Command’s area of responsibility, which includes the Middle East. It remains unclear whether the USS George Bush will join or replace the two American aircraft carriers already operating in the region in recent weeks, the report said. The USS George H.W.
