HANOVER, Jamaica — A man believed to be the holder of a United States passport is currently in police custody for questioning regarding the death of his spouse at a house being used for rental in Hanover.The couple and a young baby believed to be their child were staying in the Bulls Bay area of the parish for approximately a year at the time of the incident.While the slaying of the woman was confirmed by the head of the area one police, Assistant Commissioner Glenford Miller, he said it was too early to say who killed the woman whose body had been found in a room.Reports are that residents of the area became suspicious and called the police after seeing the man walking along the main road towards Lucea with the baby in the predawn hours.Investigations are ongoing.— Anthony Lewis
