Full declaration of interest: I will be going to the poorhouse if Andy Burnham becomes next Prime Minister Yesterday we saw some signficant moves on the next Prime Minister market, with Andy Burnham usurping second place from Ed Miliband and potentally usurping first place from Angela Rayner.
