Taylor warns population growth must match housing supply to keep homes affordable

Opposition Leader Angus Taylor discusses the impact of immigration on the Australian housing sector. “The most important factor in this is to make sure that our population growth is in line with our housing growth,” Mr Taylor told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “If you get that wrong, then young Australians can’t get into a home. “Labor frankly has missed its own housing targets … we need to make sure that we have got a number that we can cope with, that we can absorb.”
