Our service providers are aware of the issue and are actively working to restore full service in the shortest possible time. Customers who are unable to access the payment webpage or are experiencing difficulty proceeding to payment are being asked to visit their nearest tax office for assistance,” TAJ says.Additionally, TAJ says customers who have completed the application and payment process online but are unable to generate their electronic motor vehicle registration certificate, will have the process completed by TAJ without any further action by the applicant and will be notified by email when the certificate is available online via the certificate generation distribution system (CGDS) portal.
