Suspect Pushes Man Towards Train, Gets Charged with Attempted Murder

In Seattle, Washington, 27-year-old suspect Elisio Melendez pushed a man toward a train twice and is now charged with attempted murder. Melendez was previously arrested and charged for allegedly stabbing his own sister, but the case was dismissed when he was found not competent to stand trial.
