Supreme Court issues ruling in the midst of Shabbat

The Supreme Court issued a ruling permitting protests of up to 600 people at Habima Square, and up to 150 in other parts of the country. The ruling, issued in the midst of Shabbat, has caused outrage among the Israeli public.
