Washington, May 4 (SANA) Regular physical activity may help reduce stress and improve overall body balance by directly affecting biological processes, according to a recent scientific study. The study, published in the journal Sport and Health Science and reported by SciTechDaily, was conducted by researchers at the University of Pittsburgh over a one-year clinical trial.
