Strategy, the world’s largest publicly traded Bitcoin (BTC) holder, released its first-quarter (Q1) financial results on Tuesday, and the headline number was stark: more than 12 billion in losses. As of March 31, 2026, Strategy reported cash and cash equivalents of 2.21 billion, compared with 2.30 billion as of December 31, 2025. On the revenue side, Strategy recorded total revenues of 124.3 million in Q1 2026, up from 111.1 million in Q1 2025—an increase of 11.9 year over year.
