St James police release sketch of murder suspect

ST JAMES, Jamaica—The St James police have released a composite sketch of a suspect in connection with a murder on Easy Street in Bullock Heights, Somerton District, in the parish on Thursday, March 5.The murder victim has been identified as Rohan Green, otherwise called ‘Blacks’ and ‘Ockra Bud’, an auto repairman of Easy Street.Reports from the Adelphi Police are that about 11:25 am, Green was at home conducting repairs on motor vehicles when he was pounced upon by unknown assailant(s), who opened fire, hitting him before escaping from the area.The police were alerted, and upon their arrival, Green was seen lying motionless with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body and head.The police said that based on descriptions provided, a composite sketch was generated.The police are urging anyone with information to contact the Montego Bay CIB at 876-953-6191, Crime Stop at 311, the 119 police emergency number, or the nearest police station.
